Sports day is a day for celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship. It’s a day of victory and defeat, a day of success and failure.
It teaches us about teamwork and team spirit. It teaches us to work together to achieve a common goal. It’s also about trust and responsibility.
The Indian Heritage School, Agra organised a P.T Display event in the School Campus on Nov. 26, 2022 for Students, Parents and Teachers.
The Programme began with the welcome ceremony of the chief guest Mr. J.S. Jeremiah followed by Lighting of the Lamp by the chief guest and Prayer by the Principal Mr. Rajan Marwah.
A prayer dance was rendered by the girls of classes X & XII, after which Mr. J.S. Jeremiah declared open the PT Display event by releasing white pigeons. There was a March Past done by the
students in their beautiful smart dresses.
The event included activities like Zumba, Ribbon Drill, Aerobics, Dumb bell Drill, Tableau, Yoga drill, Taekwondo Demonstration etc. The students made the event excellent by showing up their outstanding talent. The prize distribution for winners was done by the chief guest and the event culminated with the closing speech of the chief guest. Vote of Thanks was given by the Secretary Mr. Akshay Jeremiah followed by the National Anthem.
School believes that such events are necessary to teach children the importance of physical
activities and team work.
